NewFitness Mexico is owned and operated by NewFitness LLC (NewFitness, we, us, our). NewFitness makes this site available as a place to find information and place orders for NewFitness products offered on the Site (the Products).

These terms and conditions, together with the privacy policy govern your use of this Site. Please read this document carefully. Use of this Site constitutes acceptance of the Terms of Use.

By accessing, using and/or ordering products from this site, you (user) are indicating your acceptance of these Terms of Use. Whether or not the following terms or conditions are signed by NewFitness, these Terms of Use will supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any order by you for products through the site.

NewFitness reserves the right to modify this site and these Terms of Use at any time. When we change these Terms of Use, we will replace the old version with an updated version. SHIPPING POLICY

NewFitness requires ¬3-5 business days to process orders. After confirming your order and authorizing and processing payment, it may take an additional 2-5 days before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 14:00 CDMX time will be processed the next business day.

ACCOUNTS AND PASSWORDS

You are responsible for ensuring the use of your username and/or password for any account you create on the Site.

NewFitness Mexico reserves the right to close the accounts of users who appear to be using proxy IP addresses that disrupt our services or attempt to hide the use of multiple accounts. If multiple logins are used to disrupt the Site or other users, action may be taken against your account.

Wholesale and Resale

NewFitness Apparel does not make wholesale of its products. We do not support or permit the purchase of goods for resale NewFitness Clothing at a profit. Wholesale and resale activity may result in termination of access to the site.

SALES

Sale prices apply only to products ordered during the sale; products ordered prior to or after the sale will not be adjusted to include the special discount. NewFitness may alter start and sale dates and set-up at its discretion.

FORCE MAJEURE

NewFitness is not responsible for any delay in October's performance of any of its obligations when the delay is due to circumstances beyond its control (such as an interruption or failure of essential services, such as electricity, payment processing systems, or mail delivery).

TRANSFER AND ASSIGNMENT

In the event that NewFitness decides to change the system controlling its business or the Site, we reserve the right to transfer or assign to third parties the personal information, rights, and Content we have collected from you together with the agreements we have made with you in connection with your use of this Site without giving you prior notice or seeking your consent.

 SEVERABILITY

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws in force in the United Mexican States and are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of this location. If you access this site in a jurisdiction other than the United Mexican States, you are responsible for compliance with the laws of that jurisdiction, to the extent that they apply.
